Full members of the AVA all hold AVA Quality System accreditation.

The AVA Quality System enables members to:

• demonstrate that their services have set, recognised and controlled standards
• conform to customers standards
• meet regulatory controls

AVA Quality System accreditation is subject to:

• continual, recorded in house monitoring
• annual formal external audit

And will be withdrawn if companies fail to maintain the required standards

The AVA Quality System is operated by AVA Quality Co-ordinators – Simon Hill and Steve Collins – both of whom are fully qualified Lead Auditors
