The CPD programme enables individuals to demonstrate that they have achieved the appropriate level of competency in each of the core skills. It is the ideal way to recognise skills which have been acquired on the job, through internal and external training as well as personal development. There are three levels of achievement each leading to certification.

Bronze - demonstrating that they have the core skills to do their job well

Silver - for the more motivated operator

Gold - for the truly motivated
