What is ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met. It is designed and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made by any process anywhere in the world.

You can look forward to having your ISO audits conducted by individuals who have an all round knowledge of vending. As AVA Quality Co-ordinators, Steve Collins and Simon Hill, are fully qualified lead auditors and between them have over 25 years experience in the vending industry.

AVA auditing services are categorised under the European (EAC) codes adopted by UKAS as "other services" but AVA has decided to focus on companies working within the vending industry.

We are also up to date with the new standard ISO 9001:2008 and can offer all audits now to this  standard or offer a gap analysis on your current system to show what you need to do to comply.
