All four Board Sub Committee's will be meeting in the morning (AVEX, Membership, Events & Quality) Followed by a Board Meeting in the afternoon, after which is a Regional Meeting & three course dinner, with the evening rounding up at 10pm.

Regional Meeting & Burns Night

Friday 15th March 2013

This event will be hosted at the beautiful Norton House in Edinburgh. The regional meeting will be 4:30 - 5:30 pm, With dinner shortly afterwards commencing at 7pm. The evening includes great entertainment in the form of highland dancers & a piper - who will make the address to the haggis ending with Ceilidh dancing & disco in the wee hours!

Held at The Warwickshire Golf Club this day will be comprised of three different sections:

MORNING: 10am - 12pm - Board Sub Committee Meeting's

AFTERNOON: 2pm - 6pm - Board Meeting

EVENING: 6pm - 10pm - All members welcome to attend the Regional Meeting & Dinner. Accomodation will be available at the Holiday Inn (Kenilworth) at a special rate of £85 (Inc B&B)  for members who wish to stay over & join the Midlands Golf day following - Details below.

Midlands Golf Day at The Warwickshire Golf club - 9am-5pm. Golfers will play 18 holes & the day will Include bacon rolls on arrival, two course rolling meal & various prizes!

Held at the Birmingham Hilton, this evening is joint hosted by the AVA & Vending International. This event promises to be a true industry award night, one which is not exclusive but inclusive...uniting the industry. More details to follow.

 Northern Golf Day

Wednesday 26th June 2013

Hosted at Wetherby Golf Club, Golfers will play 9 holes in the morning & 18 in the afternoon. Bacon rolls on arrival, soup & sanwiches lunch, followed by a three course dinner in the evening. (hotels for accomodation can be recommended upon request)

This day will be broken into two seperate parts, the morning will consist of a Board Meeting (9am- 1pm) followed by the AGM in the afternoon (1pm-5pm)
